My Process
I use wheel throwing, hand-building and slipcasting techniques in my studio to get a variety of different shapes. Pieces are then customized, either by carving, darting or hand-painting. I also make my own glazes to create a unique and bright collection with a delightfully smooth, satin finish.
Meet Theresa Arrison
I approach ceramics with a whole lot of elbow grease and a good dose of humor. I pride myself on making things you didn’t know you needed in an unexpected and colorful way. My work is meant to brighten up whatever surface needs a little extra something special, to be well used and well loved.
